I am sorry, please forgive me for everything within me that contributes to my experience of deep loneliness, isolation, and regret.
I cleanse myself of thoughts about not knowing how to regain a social, loving and family life, and thoughts of regret for having given everything to a man, for having followed him to this country only for him to abandon me here, and for whom I cannot bring myself to mourn definitively.
I cleanse with my experience of feeling completely lost for years, of no longer knowing which direction to take, what action to take, of needing help and support.
